All dogs must be on a leash at all times, handler must remove all canine waste. (City Ordinance) No public restrooms are available. Basket lunches are allowed, no cooking or alcoholic beverages are permitted on premises. Tents, tarps, tables and hammocks are not permitted. Skateboards or mopeds are not permitted and there is no parking on the grass. All weddings and photographs are by reservation only. All vehicles must be removed from the park by 5pm; all visitors must vacate the park at dark. Organized games are not allowed anywhere in the park. (Required by the will of Annie Childs)
